What did you think he meant? A script that blocks team death match? You need to use SetPlayerTeam functions, which automatically disables friendly fire.

If you're looking for a whole TDM script, there are plenty of gamemodes and filterscript you can find on the SA-MP forums... just by simply clicking the 'search' button.
