If you paid with PayPal, contact them. If you paid by other means, contact their support service and provide proof that "Zircon-Hosting" stole your money and scammed you.
If all else fails, you can report them to the authorities- but that's pointless in most cases.
P.S: This isn't the place to moan about your host issues. Especially since this is "Client Support," client meaning the SA:MP client. This entire FORUM doesn't care about your host issues; solve this on your own like the grown adult you should be if you're playing this game.
