I know this works:

SetPlayerSpecialAction(playerid, SPECIAL_ACTION_DRINK_BEER);

but I don't want to use this because it gives you a wine bottle but I want the effect of what it does to you when you use to much drugs. Your screen begins to shake from side to side as if you're drunk.

Use SetPlayerDrunkLevel
