[0.3x Bug] LAN - Printable Version

[0.3x Bug] LAN - lolumadd_ - 31.01.2013

0.3x does not work on LAN (I'm using Tunngle). The 0.3e server works fine using Tunngle. However, when I start my 0.3x server, the server does not appear as online for anyone else besides me.

I'm not sure about this,but have you compiled your gamemode while you have all 0.3x includes in your pawno/includes?

Yes. Everything works fine, except other people in my LAN network cannot see my server up.

Have they added your Tunngle IP thingy instead of your IP or localhost? (I except Tunngle is somewhat similar to Hamachi.)

Why use Tunggle to get other playes to connect to your server by ported ip.
When you can just use a non listed server on the master list announce 0 in server cfg.

Yes they are doing it properly. We were doing it yesterday fine on 0.3e. I switched to 0.3x doesn't work. I switched back to 0.3e and it works again. Same game mode (recompiled of course) and everything.

It seems to be a problem with 0.3x.

You don't want to forward them or can't ?

Anyway, if this is sinc 0.3x then maybe other ppl can't connect outside your LAN ip range.

And can you connect yourself(Through Tunggle) ?

Kalcor said it isn't necessary to recompile modes for 0.3x.
