It's hard to think of a 100% unique idea to be honest. One thing that springs to mind is that pirate server some guy made, based on 'One Piece' or something. I liked that idea.
Perhaps make it so you can fly cows and you have to kill the burger shot lady for killing your family.

Why not all of them. Make a freeroam gamemode which incorporates all of the above and more!

Edit: Making a porn GM? That would be epic,but not that cool i guess. But for idea ,i would imagine,if there are 2 classes,female and male. For example you call someone,for a date,taking your boyfriend or girlfriend to some fun places or to eat at restaurants,after that you earn some exp. While you have a big experience quit enough for inviting your lover at your house for a hot coffee. Great fantazy i have, don't ya'll think? But that should be called a Romantic Lover Server lol.
