Mapping Issue - Jay_Dixon - 30.01.2013

Ok, really LARGE mapping issue i might add. I'll just be straight forward with it. Now i have 2 scripts, the main script, and the filterscript where all my mapping goes. The filterscript is so that i don't need to restart the server when i add new mappings. Now, this has worked perfectly for the longest time, no issues what-so-ever. Now when i go to delete a mapping, i make sure it's not in the main script, and filterscript. After i delete it from the script and reupload, the mapping doesn't delete. It's still there, and i don't know why, it's not in the script so how's it still in the server? What's going on here, and how do you fix it?
