It's blue (0x0000FF) but with lowered opacity (see-through). Try blue and changing the opacity, I recon it's somewhere between 100-200 (no see-through is 0).

Go find your own god damn color codes, you've been given the information you need, you're just too lazy to get off your ass and USE IT. You can solve this problem without my help at least.
