I want a good free fourm that I can add a domain to not to hard with an A pannel and easy ways to make things such as groups and points systems

If you already have a domain or plan on getting a domain, I'd recommend MyBB. It's a open source forum software that offers a ton of features. Most importantly, they offer great professional themes/skins to make your forums look great! The software is 100% customizable. You can add your own touch to the themes they have to offer! In addition, the software can also provide the basic essentials for a forum. Such as, usergroups, categories, post rating system, and much more! Check them out, bud! See if it works for you. If you have a domain, I recommend phpBB. It has all the features he stated above, its free, has rankings, you can add custom BBCode, censor words and usernames, and all that good stuff.
