Cannot connect to some servers - GuyB790 - 26.01.2013
Hello dear SA-MP community.
I have come accross a big weird problem that I couldn't find an answer for. I've tried ALOT of solutions for this issue, yet nothing helped so far.
There are some servers that I can connect, some I cannot - I tried to ping the server through Command Prompt. Some what, it succeeded, it gave me four full replies.

This is a full list of what I tried to do (some of the things I tried to combine as there were possibitilies, like disabling multiple things in the same time, aswell as tried somethings multiple times):
- Run SA-MP as an administrator
- Enable and disable alot of shit with my router
- Restart my router
- Re-plug my router
- Restart my computer
- Placing my router IP on DMZ
- Tried on another computers @ my home, doesn't work aswell
- Reinstalling SA-MP
- Making sure SA-MP has the right version as the server
- Deleted GTA SA User Files in Documents Folder
- Checked all my router's lists with words "filter" / "block" / "blacklist" and such, nothing in it
- Disabled firewall of router
- Connected through Proxy
- Connected through free PPTP VPN
- Moved GTA folder into another folder / location on my computer
- Disable Firewall
- Disable Antivirus
- Uninstall Antivirus
- Uninstall Java
Extra info:
- I'm using SA-MP 0.3e
- I have Windows 7
- Server I'm trying to connect is generally alot of servers, but the spesific one is PR-RP; 128.204.197.6:7777 .
- I live in Israel, my ISP is HOT.net

Updated with information about my system and more if it'd help anyone to support me.

These servers that you're trying to connect to, could you have connected to them previously?

Make a New User (in You PC From Controll Panel)
And it will Work 100%
