Tried Windows Update? Sometimes it contains drivers.

Go to device manager and look for yellow triangles - this basically means you are missing a driver. Right click -> Update driver. If it doesn't find a compatible driver go to your manufacturer's website and look for an audio driver (in case it's a prebuilt PC)

I Downloaded Realtek driver but I don`t know why Audio didn`t fix.

And I assume you restarted your PC after the installation was finished?

Do you have your headphones plugged in?

Do this:
Start --> Devices and Printers
Right Click anywhere in the window --> Device Manager
Click the "Sound, video, and game controllers"
Double click on all (Usually two) Audio device systems

-Under the general tab of those windows you should get the "Device Status" What are you devices statuses?
-Under the Driver Tab make sure the device's aren't Disabled, maybe attampt to Update it again (then Restart PC)

Post the "Device Status" Your problem could also be caused by some type of virus...

By the looks of that speaker icon, the pc actually has sound (drivers are installed) but the audio hardware/service has been disabled?

If so, you can re-enable it by right clicking on your realtek audio device inside 'sound, video, and game controllers' and then click 'enable'
