MYSQL error - Height - 25.01.2013

when i start the server i am getting this error. i placed the file ibmysqlclient_r.so.15 in the directory but still its not working. i am using a host with linux please help me

That's because lib files are to be placed inside /usr/lib/ directory and not your conventional sa-mp server one. If you can't locate that directory, ask your service provider to do it for you.
