When i login to volthost and i go to phpyadmin , it ask me for username and pass...I typed the defualts and it don't work, How can i fix it? ..."root" "admin"...password "" ...Nothing work

Do you really think Volt-Host would let you access their database as root? Are you retarded?
Use the credentials that they (probably) mailed to you.

While creating database THEY asks you to enter your password. If you don't remember it go create another one.
