It loads the single player, and crashes..

Your game is broken (your GTA game...not SAMP). You need to try:

Restart the computer (easiest first, right?)
Removing ALL mods
Uninstalling/Reinstalling
Uninstalling, fine VERY folder GTA:SA related and remove it, then reinstalling

I've just re-installed and i'm getting this error:

SA-MP 0.3x-RC2-2-2
Exception At Address: 0x00534134

Translator, it is probably object related? Do you crash after you join a server?

0x00536DF4 (a frequest object crash) looks a lot like
0x00534134. I don't know much about crash addresses, but because the first 4 numbers are similar, it probably means the crashes are similar.
