Well this is a 0.3x issue.
When I play in any server what have bigger ping than 150. The original GTA objects was disappeared or they have a shitty graphic.
I've never had this problem before, but it appears on all servers.

This is not only in sa-mp 0.3x.
I have the same problem.
Started in sa-mp 0.3e.
Re-installing GTA SA or windows, doesn't fix the problem.
+ I don't have mods.

that started to happen to me when i install/uninstall mods every 2-3 minutes...now its fixed by re-installing GTA SA

Get the stream memory fix asi file or the cleo file. I can upload it to mediafire if you wish.

If it's an 0.3x bug report, it should have been posted in the 0.3x section, not here. But as it's not, it doesn't matter. Just for future cases.

Yes, i noticed this today ... default GTA objects loading slowly, or loading after 20 secods ... when i teleport anywhere.

You should provide more information such as the exact version of 0.3x it's happening on, and also do you have any mods installed?

me too before sa-mp 0.3x i had 190 ping after when 0.3x is released now i have like 600 ping i said like what the....
