Demolition Derby (DM/DD) - Pro_Drifter - 19.01.2013

Guys im looking for a gamemode just like DEMOLITION DERBY with countdown death list and
etc...Admin system etc.Can someone send the basic script and then gimme to script it?
I wanna make a server like this and i want it.Who can help me?

I need the basic script i dont even know how to start it.
I dont know how the make teh death list teh countdown on maps...
can i have it?
