Name of server - Pima - 18.01.2013

Hello all!
*** I do not know if I'm aps the right place, it's been three months that I've opened my server and open before I'd do some research on ****** to see if it was a name that had to aillor as negative result. January 10, 2013 is a server s opened the same name as mine the only difference is a letter ex.: The U and the other is not the. I connect to this same server and I am going to speak with the founder of the server, but in vain he even ask for my name change. I told him that explain me it was 3 months that I was open to that name and that he was merely a day but as downright m m sending me walk. What should I do or rather did he do something against ca c is not normal that some have the right to take your server name as it looks good.
