Well, I put in each teleportation will send a message to all users who are teleported to that side, but I want to send that message every X time, Example a user goes to the fortunes and get the message, if one also teleports at the same time not to leave, to leave after X time, because it fills the chat xd 'from already thank you very much ...

This made 0% sense. Are you wanting a message to send to every every X amount of time:
Example: 1 minute sends the message to everyone "Hello" ?
