Can't connect to a server - TNC - 16.01.2013

Every time I try to connect a server, it crashes with this.

I have uninstalled SAMP and SA twice and changed my DSL but it still crashes.
And I have no mods.

This crash is usually caused by game modifications. Try to Install GTA to a NEW directory

That progressed me into the server, but now it says connecting, restarting, then crash.

Is it a specific server or all of them?

Uninstall everything you have on GTA SA and Re Install. Dont forget to delete the userfiles in My Documents.
