Just installed GTA:SA ... Error? - Deemo - 15.01.2013

I just got my new laptop the other day. I installed GTA:SA last night and tried to get onto a server, it loaded in; but, the server was offline.

Today I have attempted to join a server, and it gives me the following error...

My documents > GTA SA User Files < delete the files inside it.
