Meaning

You dont have the plugins in the plugins folder, or place .dll after them.
If it's linux, place .so in the CFG

Did you added the plugins to your server.cfg?

If you did and your under linux, you need to add .so to the name inside the server.cfg

Im running samp on a linux vps server i had this problem and all i had to do is add a .so and .amx file extension to every script import in the server.cfg file

teomakedonija you need to have the right includes / plugins of the script because when you compile it with wrong
includes plugins it sometime not giving error but it saying run time error or function error add me on skype mido.kingstone i can help you to fix that

It looks like your not loading your plugins correctly.

Make sure its placed in the config, like so:

plugins streamer.so

Thats a example.
