[REQUEST]System level - ghostmaster - 14.01.2013

Someone can have a level system that:

-Saves the player's Level
-Will every 10 minutes the player wins 1XP, adding he Up 5 XP a Level
-Command-/ meulevel and command Rcon /setarlevel

Personal please'm beginner and need this system, who knows with this system I can evolve more
