AntiPing System [ Dialogs ][ User Friendly ] - RaZzZzoR - 13.01.2013

Hi everyone, this is my first filterscript posted here xD, i'm not new in scripting, but i like to do sample things to help the newbies
Isn't something so hard, but usefull in some cases.
If you ping is bigger than 'MAX_PING' define, you will be kicked and one dialog will show up [ Read firsts line ]
