well,i've tried making the host on no-ip.com,and it doesn't work,but in my ip address

78.**.**.** Whatever it is,the server works,but with the no-ip.com host,it doesn't..why?

you mean you want to hots your server like "servername.no-ip.org:7777" this

Yes, it works with my normal ip "78.**.***.**.**,but with "servername.no-ip.org:7777" stuff like that,it doesn't.
