House Systems for 0.3e [I WILL +REP] - California_ - 10.01.2013

I been trying to get a house system for my gang war server [0.3e] but anytime i try to add one the streamer plugin crashes the server or it doesnt work like when i /createstatichouse(PPC Housing) it doesnt work thats because of the sscanf. and the Green House map icon wont appear (Streamer problem.)

So im asking does anyone knows the correct streamer and sscanf version for PPC_Housing or GarHouse.

Try my house+store system, it's the newest for now, and it has furniture system.
It only uses the streamer plugin for pickups, map icons and objects.
