A lock in gta3 - hilay - 09.01.2013

Someone can please helpme ?
I have a lock in the gta.3 that in the models, its not hurt in anything, Its hurt just to put mods/skins.
I can't put mods/skins becuse of the lock, Picture:

I've got this problem before what I've did is :
Drag all of your GTA SA+SA:MP to another directory

Re-name it to GTA-SanAndreasWW and the lock should be removed.

1. Go to C:\Users\Yourusername\AppData\Local\VirtualStore
2. Delete the files off from there.
3. Go to your Rockstar Games folder.
4. Right click on RockstarGames folder, go to Properties, Security and then click on Edit.
5. You will see "Users" and then "TrustedInstaller" .. click on "Control All" < Give everything permission to write.
6. Save it and have fun, no need to move the folder anywhere.

Open this ZIP, double-click on InstallTakeOwnerShip.reg, and press Yes: http://www.howtogeek.com/downloads/TakeOwnership.zip

Now, just right-click the folder and click Take ownership.

Done.
