OnVehicleMod doesn't work - emit - 09.01.2013

Hello!

After server up to 0.3x, OnVehicleMod doesn't working when cheater set mods to vehicle.
How to solve this problem?

Likely, cheat not work for 0.3x and server don't sync tuning (not visible for other players). You can try GetVehicleComponentInSlot and use GTA SA tuning garage, for check this.
