hi,how can i make a teleport visible to all if somone uses it,i wanna look like this on the buttom of the screen /imageshack/img22/5110/samp000bfk.png

have you tried on screen text draw everytime someone teleports to a certain place?

To get that visible to everyone, you must check out this: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/TextDrawCreate
That is a function that makes the text appear on the screen, wherever you want it placed, using the Float:x, Float:y (Cordinates)

Add lines to your teleports that makes the texdraw getting created every time someone teleport.

And a note: If you aren't good at scripting, i would suggest you to get help from someone, like a scripter, or you can learn other things first, before starting out on this.
