Hello everyone, I'm wondering how i can be able to make a command that is like the /veh command but insted of spawning state cars it spawn cars that is a salescar?

When a player types /veh command spawn a car in front off him.
shut down the engine.
when player enters that car show him option to buy or not.
if he buys, give it to him, if he doesn't remove the vehicle.
