HELP - DJTunes - 06.01.2013

Hello, I've been going through script after script, and STILL no luck yet.

I'm looking for a roleplay script with the following features:
- A download link
- Gamemode
- Factions
- Families
- Gates
- Car System (/engine. /lights, /seatbelt, /trunk, /park)
- Car Dealership
- House System (Make Houses, Sell Houses, Go into houses, lock houses)
- Admin System
- Tutorial
- 24/7 Shops
- Basic Chat

I want way more.

I want a gamemode kind of like zGaming, or The God Father.
I've searched like 5 pages.

Nobody will do it for you. You have to learn script. I was the same like you, until I got into pawno. Now im working on a RP gamemode too and I have no problems until now. Don't be lazy

Lmfao, this isn't a request. It's a kind of "I give up, is there a roleplay gm that has:". It obviously says "Can someone script me something with the following features:". Learn to read... Plus, I am. Why do you think I release filterscripts, and gamemods even though I'm a basic scripter? I'm currently working on a gamemode that should make me more then just a basic scripter. All I'm asking for is what is the best RP release...
