Ok, this is a car system made by me, I think that you can enjoy from this system, its very easy to use, very usefull..
Commands ():
Players:
/ Car - vehicle information
/ Cars - server vehicle information
/ Buycar - buy a car
/ Sellcar - Sell Car
/ Callcar - send the vehicle to you
/ Outside - take your car people
/ Outsideall - take all the people in your vehicle
/ Watchcar - watch your car
/ Watchoff - stop watching your car
/ Lockcar - lock your vehicle
/ Unlockcar - open your vehicle
/ Resetcar - respawn your car
Special Car:
Note: you can see the neon only at night or when the weather 2 (rcon weather 2 /)
/ Buynitro - buy Nitro
/ Sellnitro - Sell Nitro
/ Buyneon - Buy Neon
/ Sellneon - Sell Neon
/ Gotocar - telleport to your car
buyhyd) / buyhydraulics /) - buy car hydraulics
/ Carplate - change license plate
/ Delplate - Lmhhok license plate
/ Fix - vehicle repair
/ Flip - flip vehicle
/ Carcolor - Buying a car color
/ Carneon - turn off and turn on the neon
/ CarWheels - Buying Car Wheels constant
/ SellWheels - constant wheels sale
Admins:
Note: To use the commands as an admin Login Rcon
/ Canbuy - making the car for sale
/ Cantbuy - making public vehicles
/ Canbuyall - Making All vehicles for sale
/ Cantbuyall - turning all server vehicle to public
/ Scar - Making special vehicles
/ Admincar - making Administrators car rental
/ Respawncar - return all vehicles to their starting point
/ Lockallcars - lock all vehicles on the server (open only Admin locked)
/ Unlockallcars - unlock all vehicles on the server
/ Carplate - change license plate of a car
/ Delplate - delete the composition of the license plate, put the plate of the car ID
/ Carcolor - Change the color of a particular vehicle
/ Carneon - turn off and turn on the neon per car
/ Giveneon - Neon Not always gives the player
/ Cartext - Edit the text of a public service vehicle
/ Carmanager - an easy way to control the traffic on the server
/ Resetcarcolor or / delcarcolor or / deletecarcolor - returns to its initial color composition
/ Smcm - show the types of vehicles on the map by name you enrolled
/ CarWheels - Wheel permanent installation free car

you are missing neccessary includes to compile properly. Namely:
dini.inc
dutils.inc
dudb.inc
you'll need all three most likely and can be downloaded from Dracoblues website

1. i know How That Error look like.
2. I have That Files [dini , Dutils and dudb]
Anyone ? Who can helpme to fix it ?

If it won't recognise strtok then there maybe something wrong with ur dini file or ur using the Strtok function wrong then. Check for mistypes or an Unindexed variable on that line. I used to get those errors alot when I started usin Dracos dini and didn't fully understand it. Mostly i got that error when I forgot to put
#include <dini>
