So. I can hear other people honk their horn, Not my own
Same with weapons
I only hear my bullets HIT something, If i shoot in the air it's dead silent. I think it works sometimes though, Not really sure.

Any ideas?

You have custom sounds, right? Happened to me.

I do, But it happened before too sometimes.. Also i only hear helicopter sounds when they are in an angle infront of me, Not if they're behind or on the sides .. Any fix ideas?

TRy re-installing the game or replace your sound files.

It Happend to me to..
Check your CRASH file or GTA Run file.
Or Just relog the server / Game.
