Below I will present a 100% created by me, you will find someone else might because I helped a few people to do it. This system is that an admin (I did that only admins can give license after you modify your property like it was the guy driving exam completion, registration, etc..) Can give a player license for 30 days (I you can change more). Time decreases even if the player is not online. To go system you need to include the zcmd and a folder named Scriptfiles Licenses and Licenses folder in another folder called Driving.
