server not starting because of sscanf - Socan - 06.01.2013
hi i just started making a server, everything was going well untill i inserted sscanf2 which made an error in samp-server.exe.
is there anyway to fix this?

The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

You must install that on your PC.
Search on ******, download it, and install it.
