NEED BIG HELP TO OPEN MY SERVER!!! - GamingRolePlay - 05.01.2013

Need Help to Fix:
1 - When you buy a car / bike on the dealership / engine not working.
2 - Need to add more house's around LS, need to fix the house who the commad / buyhouse not working.
3 - All the cars of factions (LSPD, Gov, more more ..) for rent i dont know why, When you enter is show like is rentcar
5 - Need to add / createhouse system
6 - Need to fix some thing, When we open the server is working some minutes and close down i dont know why.
7 - LSPD HQ enter place int really not have to enter, When i get into the HQ i start to fly in the sky.
