Hi,
I am trying to install San Andreas: Multiplayer.
It asks me to select my GTA:SA directory, I do that, but it does not detect it. I can't click 'ok' and continue the installation.
Picture:
and
I have the legal Steam version.
Thank you,
Tomvdr

I had the same problem at first.
I ran SA-MP.exe as an administrator and then tried it, it worked for me! Good luck.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Where do I find this SA-MP.exe? All i have is:
I'm talking about the "sa-mp-0.3e-install" installer here
.
Thanks for your reply whatsoever!

I think the installer will only continue if it finds gta_sa.exe in that folder. Note: underscore! Yet it clearly states on the download page that SA-MP will only work with a DVD version of GTA SA. The Steam version is version 3.0, which cannot be modded. I guess you'll have to work your way around that another way, anyhow.

Oh, thanks, I didn't even realise that. I'll have to torrent it then, I guess!
Thanks to both of you!
