GetPlayerFPS - BaubaS - 03.01.2013

Is it possible to create such function in 0.3e? I found JernejL tutorial, but he said its working only in 0.3b [because back to 0.3b version minimum DrunkLevel was 2000]. Any comments?

Well, I'm not sure about that. I joined a server at the summer and it uses chat bubble with the ping and fps of the player. They had 100-105 fps, but as I said I'm not sure if it was the fps the player had.
