This server uses software that violates the standard of his work and adds to the server bots. Can sa-mp staff block it ?

Why do you think so? I've looked at it and they have 92 regular players right now.

I dont think anyone uses bots in their server...they get players and i agree with niCe they doo have regular players..You might be mistaken
Provide SAMP With more proof and they can block the server

Include screenshots. Simply saying you saw them doing something wrong is not enough.
