Hello ,
Sorry for my english is really worse..
Can somebody give a tut. how to make a job system ? I need pickUp , when you step on it - shows dialog : if you really want to work here? - yes , no. And checkpoints system - CP gives some money , xp.

No one will gonna do it for you, neither me.
At least if you hire a scripter and pay him.

Heres what you need to do.
Learn how to script pickup.
Read the wiki about variables.
Learn how to script dialogs.
Learn how to script checkpoints.
