Need help in my server - PRoleplay - 01.01.2013

On last December 26 i got user accounts wiped out
so i restore my backup files but now jan 1 all user accounts are wiped out again?

i need help to avoid this happen again

First of all, contact your hoster?

i got Volt host bro
mm.. yah i think the problem is the host coz if the problem is my script they always wipeout my users

I use volt-host , it don't make anything , I think there is a problem in your filescript

do you think /rcon unloadfs and /rcon loadfs make a possible for users wipeout?
coz im using that daily

Are you the only one that can access the server files? if not, you might want to check if its someone doing it.
