Please help with map editor!! :( - electrux - 01.01.2013

Hey all.
Please help me with my problem with map editor of samp.
When i start it, it loads everything but then instead of map, all it shows is some red dots(blocks) and nothing. Everything is black. I have no idead of what is going on. I run windows 7 ultimate, 2 gb ram, 250 gb HDD.
If thats useful.
Please help .
P.S. I dont know where to post this kinda topic so sorry about that if this is wrong place .

zoom in a bit and all..i guess you are 2 far away and the streaming distance is set to default.

take a pic of your dekstop and post it here (when you are using editor).

Re-place the old 'data' folder with this new 'data' folder link in your GTA:SA directory.

Bro i know how to use it. I have used it many times when i used Windows Vista.
But when i installed Win 7, it stopped working.
And i cant use latest version because it gives some wierd gfx error that i dont have enough gfx.
Data folder u gave is also giving same problem.
