It tells you exactly what to look for. The only thing you have to do is READ! If it says that field 'CarsRestricted' doesn't have a default value, then by all means GO ADD ONE!

Where should I add a default value? I'm sorry for the stupid question, but I'm not familiar with scripting and MySQL.
