Personal Car system problem - SiNuS - 31.12.2012

Hello, I have a personal car system (/ acreatecar / v save, / v park, / v model) some of you know what i mean
The problem is that: I get on the server, I create a car, the car is mine, it's personal, everything is fine, give a restart server and when there's personal car, actually a regular car ..
I can not figure out what can be and I'll let all the script:

So an admin type / acreatecar and write owner name, he gets car, still good, but after restart is a regular car, for those who did not understand ...

P.S : Sorry for my bad english , i'm romanian
