why when I put vehicles with MTA in my server the vehicles respawn in 1min or 30sec?

The reason back to how you convert it ?
CreateVehicle or addstaticvehicle
If is CreateVehcile you can edit the respawn delay

Notice: when you convert vehicles you can edit respawn delay or disable it!
