FBI Will go to any server which was ddosed, i know, i was there once, FBI Report Internet Crime, they trace IP and all.

FBI will contact Russia's government and inform them about hacker, Russia's government will give hacker a ticket like 1000$ or 1500$ I don't remember exactly if suspect do that crime again suspect will be arrested for 3 years and 9 month, I know everything about ddosers and hackers, feel free to ask me.
