Help me please! Error: [Streamer] - McStreetz - 28.12.2012

Please help me with this Error! i can't find something wrong. I got the streamer.dll, and everything. But i get this : fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "streamer".
Help me!

Add the streamer.inc to your_server_folder\pawno\includes

Instead of double clicking pwn, open pawno.exe and open your gamemode.

Paste it to the pawno\includes folder. You'll see some other files too, such as a_samp.inc etc..
