My second fs - random msg - Frede - 28.12.2012

First - not all credits goes to me, i have got them most from samp wiki, but also from a timer tutorial.
Second remember to change the "edit"

There is only one command in the script, that is /changemsg. The cmd will change the messages between client messages and screen messages.

I hope you can use it, but i know there are alot of thease
It is tested and should be working great
