Okay so I got a GM but Its only the folders not the stuff like the .exe things i use to open up.. i downloaded it from SAMP deleted the current folders and added my ones but it diddnt work?

Download it again. The exe files must be there.

Download server package and add the exe files to your gamemode. Simple.

Try finding a different gamemode, if it dosent work its probably then a buggy gamemode or poorly setup.
