Auto /me spam - Will77 - 27.12.2012

So, I was testing commands with a friend of mine, and what happens is after being /cuffed and uncuffed, and now tazed. It automatically spams /me's often from this. We've tried having him relogging and multiple attempts, nothing seems to fix it.
