Try to recompile it. Also download SA-MP Server 0.3e and start that samp-server.exe

get all latest plugins and includes, recompile your gm with latest includes and use latest plugins itself

Recompile it with all Includes, Plugins, replace the 0.3b Files with 0.3e.
