Crash 0x004DFF90 - Dark513 - 25.12.2012

I think I'm the only one who has this problem because I've looked for this error code in much places, but didn't find any.
Here is my problem:
Whenever I or anyone else are in a vehicle as a driver and I can see that vehicle, my game crashes with this error code when a Hydra, Hunter or Rhino shoots that vehicle. This also happens if it's shot by RPG.

Try reinstalling GTA/SA-MP fully, then removing gta_sa.set from "Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files".

Thank you for replying.
I forgot to say that I had this problem after I installed a new Windows and after reinstalling GTA and SA-MP.
I'll try to remove gta_sa.set

If it's a new install you could also try reinstalling/upgrading directx, see if that helps.
